Tiwari Building Material & Suppliers is located at Plot No. 86/87 on Kumbha Marg. We are right in Pratap Nagar Sector 11, just off Tonk Road. This part of Jaipur is always busy with new houses going up, so we stay pretty active. We keep a lot of sand, bricks, and cement out on the lot. It’s a dusty job, and our clothes usually show it by lunchtime. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, and we know most of the contractors who work in Sector 11. The traffic on Tonk Road can be a headache, but Kumbha Marg is a bit easier to navigate for the bigger supply trucks. We don't have a big fancy showroom; it’s mostly just the yard and a small counter where we write out the bills. We spend the day helping people figure out how much material they need for their projects and then getting it loaded up. Sometimes we have to wait around for deliveries to arrive, so we sit on the benches outside and chat with the neighbors. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t do much advertising; people just know where we are because of the piles of bricks outside. We show up, we load the trucks, and we go home. It’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it a long time now.
