Third Eye Social Foundation

The Third Eye Social Foundation is located at number 231 in Vardhman Nagar, which is over in the Bhankrota area. If you know the neighborhood, it’s a pretty quiet spot most of the time, though the traffic nearby can get loud during the mornings. We started this because we wanted to do something for the people around here. There’s no big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just a group of us working out of this space. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just meeting people who live nearby. The office is pretty simple, with some chairs and a table that’s seen better days. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. Usually, one of us just looks up when the door opens. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it’s a local issue or someone asking for a bit of guidance. It’s messy sometimes, and we lose our pens a lot, but we manage to get things done. We aren’t trying to change the whole world, just focusing on what’s right in front of us in Bhankrota. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork, and we just order some food from the place down the road. It’s hard work but it feels right to be doing it here in Vardhman Nagar. We don’t have a big budget for advertising, so mostly people find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign. That's just our way of working.
