Swastik Tiles

You’ll find Swastik Tiles at F-19 in the Riico Industrial Area in Bindayaka. Being out in an industrial zone means there is a lot of space, but it also means there is plenty of dust and truck movement. Our warehouse is quite large because tiles take up a lot of room. We spend our days managing inventory and watching the lorries come in and out. It’s a hot place in the summer, especially with the metal roof, so we keep the big fans running. We don’t have a flashy showroom. It’s more of a working yard where we store and move stock. The floor is mostly concrete and we use a small pallet jack to shift the heavy crates. Our neighbors are mostly other factories and storage units, so there isn’t much for foot traffic. Most people come here knowing exactly what they need to pick up. We keep a ledger on a small wooden desk near the entrance to track everything. It’s a quiet routine, mostly involving checking orders and making sure the stacks are secure. Sometimes we have tea with the drivers while they wait for their trucks to be loaded. It’s a simple, hardworking environment without any extra frills. We just focus on keeping the stock organized and the orders moving out on time. The forklift is usually running most of the afternoon. We don’t spend much on decorations because it’s a warehouse after all. It’s just how we do things here.
