Our cement agency is located over in Sector 1 of Malviya Nagar. We are specifically in the Krishnapuri part, near Usha Colony. It’s a busy little corner. We have been here at 16A for a while. Usually, you’ll see stacks of cement bags piled up and maybe a small truck parked out front waiting to be loaded. Selling cement is a dusty business, honestly. My clothes usually have a layer of grey on them by the end of the day. We deal with builders mostly, but also people just fixing up their own houses. The area has changed a lot since we first opened. There are more houses and shops now. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. It is just me and a couple of helpers who move the heavy bags around. Sometimes the supply from the factory is slow, and we have to tell people to wait a day or two. It’s just how it goes. People in Usha Colony know us well enough to just walk in and ask for what they need. We don't use any fancy talk or try to push people to buy more than they need. If you need ten bags, you get ten bags. It’s a simple way to run a shop. The rain is the only thing we really worry about because wet cement is no good to anyone. We keep everything covered up tight.
