The clinic is at 91 Dadi Ka Phatak in Ganesh Nagar. You have to go up to the second floor. We are right in front of Kedia House, which is a big local landmark people use for directions. It’s a simple clinic. The stairs can be a bit steep for some, so I tell people to take their time coming up. Inside, we have some plastic chairs for the waiting area and a small desk where we keep the patient files. It’s usually quiet except for the sound of the ceiling fan and the traffic from the road below. I’ve been practicing here for a while now. I see a lot of the same families from around Ganesh Nagar. We don't have a big staff, just a helper who sits at the front and handles the appointments. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoon because we are on the front side of the building. I try to keep things straightforward. People come in with their aches or fevers and we talk through what’s going on. I don’t like using too many big medical words if I can help it. It’s better to just explain things simply. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use a torch, but we manage. It’s just a neighborhood doctor’s office on the second floor, doing what we can for the people nearby. Most folks just know me as the doctor across from Kedia House. I have a small cabinet for the basic medicines and some old magazines on the table.
