You can find us at 60 A on Joshi Marg, over in the Jhotwara area. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s a simple office, nothing too grand, just a place where we get our work done. We spend a lot of time drawing and redrawing plans until they look right. Jhotwara is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Inside, it’s usually just the sound of pencils or someone clicking a mouse. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just handle the projects as they come in. Most of the time, people find us by word of mouth or because they saw a building we worked on nearby. We sit down with anyone who comes in and try to figure out what they’re looking for in a house or an office space. It’s a lot of practical conversation about walls, windows, and how much things cost. We don’t try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It’s a lot of hard work and making sure the math is correct. We’ve seen a lot of changes on Joshi Marg over the years, but we’re still here at 60 A, just doing our thing. It’s a decent way to make a living and we like being in this neighborhood.
