Stoneace Llp

Our office is called Jyotika, located at A 21 in Subhash Nagar, right in the Shastri Nagar part of town. Stoneace Llp is a small operation, and we like keeping it that way. It’s easier to manage things when you know every corner of the business yourself. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we have to be a bit careful about the noise and the trucks coming through. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting people who are building houses nearby. Stone is a tricky thing because every piece looks different, and you have to explain that to people. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights. Most of our stock is just sitting where we can get to it easily. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. One day we are checking inventory, and the next we are dealing with deliveries that arrived late. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the day. Living and working in Shastri Nagar means we see the same faces every day at the tea stall or on the street. It’s a very grounded way to live. We just focus on the stone and making sure the business stays steady without any unnecessary drama. We find that being direct with people is the easiest way to handle things in this line of work.
