Stone Age Ltd.

Over in Sanganer, specifically Village-Saipura Post near Shikarpura, you will find us at Stone Age Ltd. It is a bit out of the main city, which gives us plenty of room to work. We handle a lot of stone here. The village setting is nice, though the roads can be a bit rough sometimes after the rain. We have got a crew that knows their way around different types of rocks and slabs. We spend our hours cutting, polishing, and loading. It is not the cleanest job, but it is rewarding to see the finished pieces. We started out small and just kept going. People from the surrounding areas know us. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually does the trick. The yard is often a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Sanganer has a long history of craftsmanship, and we like being part of that local tradition, even in our own small way. It is mostly about physical labor and getting the orders out on time. We take our breaks under the shade of the trees when it gets too hot in the afternoon. It is a simple operation. We just do our work and then we go home.
