Stone Age International

Our office is at 117, Jaipur Tower on M.I. Road. It’s a very busy spot in the city, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We work with stones, mostly getting things ready for people who need them for their building projects. The building is one of those typical commercial spots where everyone is in a hurry. Inside our unit, it’s a bit quieter, but not much. We have samples lying around and papers piled up on the desks. We aren't a huge international corporation with thousands of employees, despite what the name might suggest. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sure our customers get exactly what they asked for. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers from the quarries. Jaipur has always been a hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in. We don't have a fancy showroom with spotlights. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and checking over some invoices. The elevator in the building is sometimes slow, and the hallway can be a bit dim. We’ve been here at M.I. Road for years, and we know the other shop owners nearby. It’s a decent place to work. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just source the stone and send it out. It’s practical work that keeps us busy from early morning until the evening.
