Spice Monk Industries Llp is over at A 44, Bhaskar Enclave II. We are near Harbinger Heights in Mansarovar. It’s a fairly well-known part of the city. We have a modest setup here. Nothing too flashy. We focus on spices, which means our workday is filled with checking grains and overseeing the grinding process. Mansarovar is usually pretty busy, so there is always a bit of noise from the street. We’ve been at this for a little while now. It started out as a small idea and grew into this LLP. We don't have a lot of fancy office furniture. Most of our space is taken up by the product and the equipment we need. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We have to check the moisture levels and make sure the packaging is sealed right. If it’s not, the spices go stale, and nobody wants that. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in India, just a solid one that people in the neighborhood and beyond can rely on. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we spend the whole afternoon covered in grease trying to fix it. That’s just the reality of it. We take pride in what we do, but we don't feel the need to shout about it. We just keep our heads down and do the work day after day.
