Our office is set up at C-707 in the Rosewood Apartments on Sirsi Road. It’s right near the Kanakpura Railway Station, so we hear the trains going by quite often throughout the day. We also have a presence in Sompura Dabaspet where the actual heavy work often happens. This business has been our main focus for a long time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we take it one day at a time without any grand plans. Managing things from an apartment office means we are always reachable, even late in the evening when things get urgent. We deal with various supplies and enterprises, mostly connected to the local building trade. It’s a lot of phone calls and coordinating deliveries between the station and our clients. Sometimes the logistics get messy, especially with the heavy traffic on Sirsi Road during peak hours. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us handling the paperwork and making sure the orders are right. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary complications in our deals. If someone calls with a problem, we just try to fix it as best as we can without much delay. It’s not always a smooth ride, but we’ve learned how to handle the ups and downs of the trade over the years. We focus on getting the job done without any big promises we cannot keep. Local people know us well.
