Our place, Siri Maharaja Granites, is over on Road Number 16 in the V.K.I. Area at E-315a. Being in the Vishwakarma Industrial Area means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. It’s a loud and busy part of town, but it’s perfect for what we do. We work with granite slabs of all kinds. We spend most of our time out in the yard moving heavy stone around with the cranes. It’s not an easy job and your back usually aches by the end of the day. We’ve been in this specific spot for quite a while now. We don't have a polished showroom with lights and coffee. It’s just a working industrial plot where we keep our stock. If you come by, you’ll probably see us covered in a bit of stone dust. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just people who know how to handle granite. Customers come by to pick out pieces for their kitchens or floors. We show them the different patterns and talk about the prices. It’s all very direct. Sometimes the logistics of getting the big trucks through the industrial roads is a headache, but we make it work. We stay focused on the day-to-day tasks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with words; we just let the stone speak for itself. It’s a solid way to make a living in a tough industry. It keeps us on our toes every day.
