Working out of the Housing Board area in Malviya Nagar means we are right in the heart of where people live and spend their time. Our address is 11/726, and it’s a typical residential setup that you find in this part of town. We get a lot of neighbors coming in, sometimes just to ask a quick question about a medicine they are taking or to show us a minor injury. It feels more like a community spot than one of those cold, modern hospitals. Shubham Clinic has been around this part of Malviya Nagar for quite some time now. We see the same families year after year. The kids we saw for checkups years ago are now grown up and bringing in their own children. It’s a bit cramped inside when more than three or four people are waiting at the same time, but we manage just fine. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with a TV or anything like that. It’s just a few simple benches and some old magazines for people to look at. People often end up talking to each other while they wait for their turn. Most of our days are spent dealing with the usual stuff like blood pressure checks and seasonal allergies. It’s a quiet existence for the most part, except for the typical sounds of the neighborhood outside. We don't use a lot of medical jargon because it just confuses people. We explain things simply and get them on their way back to their day. It’s just an honest way to work.
