You can find Shree Mathuresh Enterprises at Plot Number 1226 in Kota Walon Ki Gali. This is right in the heart of Johri Bazar, which everyone knows is one of the busiest spots you can find. To get to us, you usually have to head down toward Gopal Ji Ka Rasta and then navigate the narrow lanes. It’s a very old part of town, so the buildings are close together and the streets are always packed with people, scooters, and carts. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren’t used to the crowd, but we’ve gotten used to the energy of it. Our shop is tucked into one of these lanes, and we’ve been here for a good while. Inside, it’s a bit cramped because we have so much stuff packed into a small space, but that is just how it is in Johri Bazar. We spend our days talking to people who squeeze through the door and managing the orders that come through. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, face to face and with a lot of noise from the street outside. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy lights, just the usual fans and the light coming in from the alley. It gets very hot in the summer, but we just drink a lot of tea and keep moving. Being part of this historical market is something we just take for granted now, anyway.
