Kama House is where we are based on Ajmer Road. It is near the Samrat Colour Lab. Sodala is a busy part of town, and being on Ajmer Road means there is never a quiet moment. Shree Mahaveer Advertiser & Printer is located inside the building. It’s a bit of an old-school setup. We have the printing presses and the advertising stuff all in one area. It smells like ink and paper in here most of the time. We’ve gotten used to it. The Samrat Colour Lab is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Ajmer Road is always full of traffic, so getting in and out can be a bit of a challenge. Our shop has some old wooden furniture that’s been around as long as we have. We keep the machines running throughout the day. It gets pretty loud when everything is going at once. We don’t have a fancy waiting room. If someone comes by, they just stand or pull up a stool. We keep our records in big ledgers mostly. It’s a simple way of doing things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but Kama House stays the same. We just keep doing our printing and advertising work for the people who need it. It’s a steady routine that we’ve followed for a long time now. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big job to finish.
