Shree Kalyan Marbles

Our yard is at Plot No. 42 on Shiv Marg, right on Raj Bhavan Road in Civil Lines. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the industrial zones because Civil Lines is a bit more quiet and green. We are very close to the Civil Lines Metro Station, so you can hear the trains passing by every few minutes. It is a convenient spot for people to visit. We have been here for years, tucked away on Shiv Marg. The yard is filled with marble from various places. We don’t have a fancy gate or a polished office. It’s just an old-fashioned stone yard. We keep the slabs organized as best as we can, but it’s a lot of weight to move around. The staff here has been with us for a long time, and we all just do our jobs without much fuss. When people come in, they usually have an idea of what they want, and we just walk them through the piles. The trees nearby give a bit of shade, which is nice during the summer months. It’s a local business through and through. We know the people who live in the neighborhood and the regulars who pass by on their way to the metro. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just sell stone and keep the place running day by day.
