We are located right near Veer Taija Ji Mandir, just off the New Sanganer Road and Muhana Road intersection. It is a pretty easy spot to find if you are in Vinayak Vihar. Our office at number 10 is where we spend most of our mornings. We have been here for a while, watching the area grow and more people moving in. It used to be much quieter, but now there is always traffic heading towards Muhana. We deal with plots and houses mostly around this side of town. It is just a few of us here, doing the daily work. We do not have a big corporate office or anything. It is just a plain room with some maps on the wall and a lot of tea being drunk. People stop by after visiting the temple sometimes just to ask about prices. We tell them what we know. There is no pressure or anything like that. We just like being part of the neighborhood. The dusty roads keep us busy cleaning the windows, but that is part of the job. We know most of the landowners around here. It is a lot of practical work, checking documents and walking through fields or half-finished houses. We are not trying to sell you a dream, just trying to find a place that fits. If you are near the Mandir, you cannot miss our sign. We are usually around unless we are out at a site.
