Industrial Properties

Our place is located right on Plot No 5 in the Jhotwara Industrial Area. If you are coming from Kamani Road, it is pretty easy to spot us. We have been working out of this area for a long time. It is a dusty part of town, always full of trucks and people moving gear around. We focus on properties for industry, like the name says. Most days involve walking around different plots or sitting in the office going through local maps. It is not glamorous work. We spend a lot of time talking to factory owners and people looking for a bit of land to start something up. Dealing with the local authorities and all the zoning rules takes up a lot of our energy. We try to keep it simple when we talk to clients. There is no point in using big words when a simple explanation works better. Sometimes things get complicated with the titles or the boundaries, and we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms. We just know this specific patch of Jhotwara very well. If a shed opens up or a plot goes on sale, we usually hear about it first. It’s just how things work when you’ve been in one spot for years. We usually have some files piled up on the desk, but we know where everything is. It helps us find things when the phone starts ringing.
