Shree Ganesh Cement Products

Starting off here at Shree Ganesh Cement Products on Jhotwara Road. We are right across from Pareek School at A-5. It's usually busy around here with the school kids and traffic. We deal with cement stuff all day. The yard is full of blocks and pipes. It gets pretty dusty, especially when the wind picks up. My clothes usually have grey spots on them by noon. We open early because that is when the trucks start coming in. Sometimes the gate sticks a bit in the morning. We just move things from one place to another mostly. It is honest work. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions because of the school. We don't mind. The tea stall nearby makes good chai, so we spend a lot of time there between loads. It is a simple setup we have here. Nothing fancy at all. We have been at this spot for some years now. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons. You can see our sign from the road if you aren't driving too fast. We just keep doing what we do. Some days are slow, others we can't keep up with the lifting. My back hurts sometimes but that’s just how it goes with cement. We are just local people working. Not much else to say about it. It’s just a place on Jhotwara Road where we work and try to stay busy every day until it is time to go home.
