Shivala Care Foundation

You can find Shivala Care Foundation in Jaipur, specifically at Plot Number 114 in JEMS Colony. This part of Vidhyadhar Nagar is where we spend most of our time. Jaipur is a big, fast-moving city, but JEMS Colony feels a bit more like a community where everyone knows each other. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s a practical building that serves its purpose for our foundation work. We have a few rooms filled with desks, chairs, and the usual office supplies like pens that always seem to disappear. The traffic in Vidhyadhar Nagar can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, so we try to get in early and stay late to avoid the worst of it. We do a lot of coordination for care services from this desk. It involves a lot of patience and a lot of phone calls. We aren't trying to be the biggest organization in Rajasthan; we just want to do our bit correctly from our spot on Plot 114. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to talk about what needs to happen next. It’s a very human way of working. We don’t use corporate lingo or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just get on with it, day after day, right here in Jaipur.
