Shivaji Marble & Granite

Our business, Shivaji Marble & Granite, is situated at E-100 and H-104 in the Vkl area of Badharna, right on Road No. 14. It’s a bit of a spread-out spot with two plots, but it gives us the room we need to keep a decent amount of stone on hand. Dealing with marble and granite is a heavy, dusty business. We’re out there on Road No. 14 every day, moving slabs and checking the quality of what comes in. The area is quite industrial, so there’s always something going on nearby. We don’t have a glossy catalog or a team of salespeople. It’s usually just us in our work clothes, ready to show you what’s available in the yard. Some of the marble we get is really unique, with patterns you wouldn't expect. We enjoy seeing what each new load brings. The work is repetitive sometimes, but you have to be careful with the stone because it can be fragile despite its weight. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic and the regulars who stop by. We just try to keep things simple. If we have what you need, we’ll show it to you. If we don’t, we’ll tell you straight. It’s a plain way of doing business, but it’s the only way we know how to run things here in Badharna.
