Sharma Stones Company is located at number 15 in the Palika Complex, right near the Khatipura Jharkand Mod. If you’re looking for us, you’ll probably see the slabs of stone stacked up before you see the actual sign. Working with stone is a heavy and messy job. There is always stone dust on our shoes and the sound of things being moved around. Our office in the complex is small because most of the action happens outside where the materials are kept. We’ve been here at this mod for years, and we’ve seen the roads get wider and the traffic get heavier. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s always someone you can talk to directly. We don’t have a website with fancy photos; we prefer it when people come down and see the stones for themselves. Picking the right stone takes time, and we usually just let people wander around the yard until they find what they like. It’s a very practical business. We deal with the weather, the heavy lifting, and the daily grind of the construction world. Some days we are exhausted by five o’clock, but that’s just how it goes when you’re moving heavy stuff all day. We keep things honest and tell people exactly what’s available in the yard at that moment. We also handle the transport part of things, which can be a real headache with the narrow streets around here.
