Our office is located at 514, Imperial Heights, which is on Gandhi Path West in the Vaishali Nagar area. It is a busy building and we are up on the fifth floor. We spend most of our time here just working on different things for the local community. It is not a huge operation with dozens of staff members. It is just a few of us in a couple of small rooms getting things done. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever to come but that is just part of working in a place like this. We have been here for a while and most of us live right here in Vaishali Nagar so we know the streets and the people pretty well. We do not have any glossy posters or big signs on the walls. Just the name on the door and some chairs for visitors. We handle a lot of paperwork and try to organize things for people who are coming to us for help. It is very practical work and can be a bit tiring at times. Vaishali Nagar is growing so fast these days and there is always something new to deal with in the neighborhood. We just try to stay focused on our daily tasks and help whoever walks through the door. It is honest, quiet work and we just keep at it every single day without making any big fuss.
