Shakti Helping Hand Foundation

You can find us over at S-1, Plot Number 7 in Khushi Vihar. We are in the Ganpatpura Patrkar Colony area of Jaipur. It’s a growing part of the city, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we moved in. Our foundation is pretty small-scale. We mostly focus on giving a hand where it’s needed without making a big fuss about it. The office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet people. It’s not fancy, and the chairs don’t always match, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time listening to folks who come by with different issues. Sometimes people just need a bit of guidance or some help getting in touch with the right people. We don't have a huge staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day we might be doing paperwork, and the next we are out in the colony helping with a local project. It’s honest, everyday work. We like being in Patrkar Colony because it feels like a real community. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just neighbors helping neighbors. It’s a simple way to live and work, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
