Sarvashakti Mitra Mandal Foundation

We set up Sarvashakti Mitra Mandal Foundation over in Shanti Nagar. Our address is B 212, which is right near Gurjar Ki Thadi in Jaipur. It’s a busy spot in the city, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside our windows. We have gotten used to it by now. The foundation isn't a massive organization with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us working out of this space in Rajasthan. We do a lot of different things, and no two days look exactly the same. One morning we might be sorting through files, and the next we are meeting with someone from down the street. We don’t go in for big speeches or trying to look more important than we are. We are just neighbors helping neighbors, really. The 302019 area is where we live and work, so we care about what happens here. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the stuff we have to keep track of. We try to keep it tidy, but work usually gets in the way of cleaning. We don’t have a polished way of doing things. We just do what makes sense at the time. If someone walks in the door, we talk to them. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay as long as there is work to be done in this part of Jaipur.
