Sarvaatmana Foundation

Our foundation is located in the Khatipura area of Jaipur, on a street called Durga Path in Bhartendu Nagar. Being in Jaipur, it is a bit more crowded than the rural areas, but our neighborhood is mostly residential houses. We operate out of house number 118. It is a place where we have lived and worked for quite some time. The foundation isn't some big office with a lot of staff; it's mostly just a few of us who care about what happens in our city. We spend our time answering emails, making phone calls, and occasionally having people stop by the house. Khatipura is a well-known area, so finding us isn't too difficult for most people. The office is really just a converted part of the building where we can keep our things organized. We don’t have a lot of formal meetings. Most of our planning happens over a cup of tea in the afternoon. It is a very relaxed environment, though we do work hard to get things done. Sometimes the traffic in Jaipur makes it hard to get around, so we do a lot of our work locally in the Bhartendu Nagar area. We are just regular people who wanted to set something up to help out where we can. It’s a simple operation, and we like keeping it that way. No big speeches or fancy events, just the daily tasks that need finishing.
