SANJ STONE LLP

Down in Sain Colony, specifically at Plot Number 110 in the Kuke Kaera area of Jaipur, you’ll find SANJ STONE LLP. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s where we have the space to do our work properly. The colony is a quiet place for the most part, except for when we are moving the heavy stone around. We don't have a huge staff or a big corporate hierarchy. It’s just us and a few workers who know the trade. We spend our mornings checking the stones that have come in and our afternoons dealing with orders. Stone is heavy and hard to handle, so we are usually pretty tired by the end of the day. We don't have any polished brochures or a team of people trying to sell things. People usually find out about us from someone else in the neighborhood or by just driving past. We keep our office simple, with just the basics like a table, some chairs, and a fan that works most of the time. Rajasthan is famous for its stone, and we are just a small part of that huge industry. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just stay focused on the tasks we have in front of us and try to get home at a decent hour. It's a lot of physical labor but it feels good to see the trucks leave fully loaded at the end of the day for their destinations.
