S K Art Gallery

S K Art Gallery occupies Shop No. 13 and 16 over in Raja Park. We are very close to Gurunanak Pura, so it is a familiar spot for anyone who lives in this part of the neighborhood. Our gallery is not one of those cold or quiet places where you feel like you have to whisper. It is a working space just as much as it is a place to show art to the public. We often have paintings leaning against the walls and various supplies tucked into every corner we can find. We have been in Raja Park for many years now, and the shop has become a bit of a local fixture. People often stop in just to say hello or to see what we are currently working on while they are out doing their own shopping. We do not have a formal or stiff approach to art. We just like things that feel real and have some character. The team here is just a few of us who have spent a lot of time learning the trade. We spend our hours framing pieces, talking to visitors, and doing small repairs when needed. It is a varied job and no two days are ever quite the same. We do not do much in the way of advertising. People usually find us because they were walking by or a friend told them about the shop. It is a decent way to spend our time.
