Rr Team Yuva Kadam Foundation is located in Suroth, which is a busy little spot if you know where to look. We are right near the Punjab National Bank on Station Road. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the trains if you listen closely enough during the quiet hours. Narendra Kumar started this whole thing from his place in the village. It’s mostly just local people involved here, people who grew up in the same streets and went to the same schools around VPO Suroth. We don’t have a flashy office with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, we have a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet up to discuss what needs to happen next. The Station Road area gets quite crowded during the day, especially with people going to the bank or catching a ride, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We like being in the middle of it all because it feels like we’re actually part of the town’s life. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. That’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to be some giant organization. We're just a group of people from Suroth trying to do our bit without making a big fuss about it. It’s steady work and we take it one day at a time.
