Rooftop Mentors Foundation

You can find our office on Vinoba Marg in the C-Scheme area. We are located c/o Rajesh Mohan Malaki. C-Scheme is a pretty well-known part of the city, and Vinoba Marg is a street with a lot of character. Our space isn't huge, but it's where we do all our planning and mentoring work. It’s got a very lived-in feel to it. We have shelves full of books and a couple of tables where we sit down with people. It’s not a sterile office environment at all. There’s usually some music playing quietly in the background or the sound of traffic from the street outside. We don’t have a big sign or a lobby with a fancy receptionist. You just come in and find us at the back. Most of the people involved here have a background in teaching or guiding others, but we don’t make a big deal out of it. We keep things very informal and relaxed. We might spend hours just talking over a cup of tea or coffee. The building is a bit older, which gives it a comfortable atmosphere for everyone who visits. We like being in C-Scheme because it's easy for people from all over to get to. We aren't trying to be the biggest foundation out there. We just want to have a place where people can come and share their ideas or get some advice in a relaxed setting. It’s just a simple group of us.
