We are over in Mahesh Nagar at 13-A Shubham Vihar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. Retravision Pharmaceuticals is just a small setup we have here. We don't have a big neon sign out front or anything like that. Most people in the neighborhood probably don't even realize we're a pharmaceutical company. We spend our time managing the logistics of medicine supplies. It’s mostly phone calls and filling out forms for the authorities. The office is basically a converted room with some desks and shelving. It’s a bit informal. We wear casual clothes most days unless we have an important visitor, which doesn't happen often. Shubham Vihar is a nice place to work because it’s peaceful. You can hear the birds in the morning instead of just traffic noise. We do our own cleaning and make our own tea in the back room. There’s no corporate hierarchy here. If something needs doing, whoever is free just does it. We’ve been operating like this for a while now and it seems to work. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just try to be reliable and keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to upload our reports. It’s just the reality of running a small business. We like the independence of it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy through the week.
