Our shop is situated over at B-16 on Shiv Marg. It’s part of the Dundlod House Colony area near Hawa Sarak here in Jaipur. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main bustle but enough to have its own pace. We’ve been running things from this location for a while. The building itself is older, which gives it a bit of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint sometimes. We aren’t interested in being the most modern place in town. We just want to make sure the shelves are stocked and the door is open on time. Most of our regulars are from the colony or the nearby offices. Jaipur can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we try to keep the place cool for anyone coming in. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just retail. We buy things, we put them out, and people buy them. Sometimes we have a chat with the customers about the weather or the traffic on Hawa Sarak. It’s a very normal way to spend the day. We don't have a giant staff, so you'll usually see the same two or three people every time you visit. It feels more personal that way. We’re just here on Shiv Marg doing what we do every day. Nothing fancy about it, just regular work for regular people.
