Rama Devi Food For Hunger Foundation is tucked away at P.No G34. We are in Flat No F1. The area is Swej Farm, specifically the Nandpuri G part, near Sodala and Shyam Nagar. It’s a busy intersection of neighborhoods. Our office is on the first floor, so there are some stairs to climb. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have stacks of crates and boxes in the corner. The kitchen area is small but we use it a lot for making coffee. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating things. Sodala can be a nightmare for parking, so we usually tell people to park a block over. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or anything. We just sweep the floors ourselves when they look dirty. It is a humble setup. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. Usually, we just sit around the kitchen table and figure out the day’s plan. The walls have some marks where we moved furniture around. It’s just the way it is. We’ve been at this spot for a while and the landlord is nice enough. Most people in the building know us by now. It is just a practical place for us to do our thing. We've got a leaky tap in the bathroom but it's not a big deal.
