Rakshika Sk Spices Private Limited

We are over at P.NO F-1 on the first floor of Plot No. 73 in Ganesh Vihar, right off Sirsi Road. Rakshika Sk Spices Private Limited is where we spend our days dealing with all kinds of different spices. If you walk up to the first floor, you can usually smell the cumin or the chilli powder before you even get through the door. It gets into your clothes and stays there, but we don't mind it anymore. The space in Ganesh Vihar is where we do the grinding and the packing. It is a lot of work to make sure the spices are cleaned properly before they go into the bags. We have a few machines that make a lot of noise, so it is rarely quiet here during the day. Sirsi Road is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just buy the raw spices, process them, and put them in bags with our name on them. Sometimes the spice dust makes everyone sneeze, especially when we are doing the red chillies. We just open the windows and keep going. It is a straightforward business. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get through our daily list of orders and make sure the bags are sealed tight.
