Rajesh Pareek

My place is located at 275 Power House Road, over in Brahmpuri. It is a pretty straightforward spot. I spend most of my time here, sitting at the desk or checking on things that need fixing. The road outside stays pretty active because of the power house nearby, so there is always a bit of a hum in the air. Rajesh Pareek is the name I use for the business, though most people just call me by my first name when they walk in. I don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Just a door and a window that looks out onto the street. The interior is a bit cramped, honestly. I have shelves full of old files and some spare parts that might come in handy one day. I’ve lived in this area for years, so I know most of the people walking by. It’s a quiet kind of work most days. I usually start the morning with a cup of tea from the stall down the road and then get to it. If the phone rings, I answer it, and if someone knocks, I open the door. It’s not a complicated way to run things. I prefer it like this, without all the noise of a big corporate office. It’s just me doing what I know how to do, right here in Brahmpuri. I try to keep things organized but sometimes the papers just stack up on their own and I have to spend a whole Saturday clearing it all out. It is just the way things go when you are busy.
