Rajdhani Marble & Paint Store

If you go to 95 Ajmer Road, near Kama House and the ESI Hospital, you will find Rajdhani Marble & Paint Store. It is a heavy-duty kind of place. We have big slabs of marble leaning against the walls and stacks of paint buckets everywhere else. The shop is always a bit dusty because of the stone, and we spend a lot of time cleaning off the surfaces so people can see the colors and patterns properly. Being near the hospital means there is always a lot of activity on the road outside, with ambulances and people constantly moving around. Our work involves a lot of physical labor, and moving those marble pieces is not easy because you have to be careful not to chip them or drop them. We have a lot of regular contractors who come in because they are working on houses nearby on Ajmer Road. We don’t have a fancy air-conditioned office or anything like that. Most of the time, we are just out on the floor, helping someone pick out a floor stone or a wall color. It can be exhausting when the sun is hitting the storefront in the afternoon, but we just keep going. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit since we first opened. It’s a straightforward business, dealing with heavy materials and basic needs for people’s homes. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
