Our office for the Radical And Emerging Approaches Fordevelopment Foundation is located in Pratap Nagar, Sanganer. The address is 31/478, and it’s a place we’ve grown quite fond of over time. Sanganer is a busy area, but Pratap Nagar has a slightly different feel to it. We use this space to manage all our different projects and keep things moving forward. It’s not a large office by any means, just a couple of rooms where we have our computers and files set up. We don't bother with corporate branding or trying to impress people with fancy furniture. We’re more interested in just getting through the work that needs doing. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and planning sessions. Being in this part of town means we are close to a lot of what’s happening, which is helpful. The foundation has a long name, but we are just regular folks working out of a small spot in 31/478. It can get a bit dusty sometimes, and the neighbors are always around, but that is just life in Sanganer. We don't have a polished mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things to do for the day. It’s a honest way to work, and we like being here in Pratap Nagar. We just take things one day at a time and do our best from this little office. This setup works for us and allows us to focus on our daily tasks.
