R J Group is located in the Thadi Market area of Mansarovar. Our address is 119/36. If you’ve spent any time in the market, you know it’s a lively and sometimes chaotic place. That’s where we work every day. Our office is tucked in among the shops and the stalls. It’s a small space, and we keep it pretty simple. We don't have any of those fancy office decorations. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of work to get through. Mansarovar is a big area, but Thadi Market feels like its own little world. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many shops come and go. We have our own rhythm. We aren't some big anonymous corporation. We are just a group of people who show up and do our best. Usually, there’s a lot of noise from the street, with vendors calling out and cars honking. We’ve learned to work through it all. Sometimes we just sit outside the door for a bit to get some air. We know our neighbors well and often share a tea with them. It’s a grounded way to run a business. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just take the work as it comes and try to be helpful to those who stop by 119/36. It’s just how we operate in this part of town.
