Purelate Confectionery Llp

We are up on the fourth floor at Elegant Heights. It’s a bit unusual for a confectionery business to be in a flat, but it works fine for us. We spend our time working with sweets and chocolates. The smell in the hallway is actually quite nice, and the neighbors don't seem to mind. Officers Campus Extension is a quiet part of Jaipur and we like the peace. There isn’t a lot of foot traffic up here, which is fine since we aren't a walk-in store. We mostly handle things through calls and online orders. Our kitchen is small but we make it work by staying organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to carry boxes of supplies down the stairs. That’s a real workout. We don’t have a shop front with glass displays or neon signs. It's more of a workshop for us. We started this because we genuinely like making treats. It’s not a big corporate setup at all. Just a few people in an apartment. We keep the sugar in big plastic bins in the corner. We try to stay tidy, but flour and cocoa powder seem to get everywhere anyway. Jaipur summers are really tough for chocolate, so the AC is always running. We aren't looking to be the biggest brand in town. We just enjoy the process of making things and packing the orders as they come.
