You can find Arun Foods over at S.P.4 on Bhabha Marg, right in the Tilak Nagar area. It’s a pretty lively neighborhood to be in. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. The building isn't huge, but it’s enough for what we need. Every morning, the place starts smelling like whatever we’re processing that day. It’s a smell that stays on your clothes even after you go home. We have a small team here, and most of us live close by so we just walk or take a cycle to work. Bhabha Marg can get pretty crowded in the evenings when the markets are full, but our corner stays relatively focused. We spend the day checking the machines and packing things up. It’s physical work and your hands are always busy. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just make the food products and send them out. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. That’s just how a small business works. We know the other shop owners on the street and we look out for each other. It’s a good community. We just keep our heads down and make sure everything is clean and the batches are moving out on time. It keeps us going every day.
