Our place is right by the Binsar Motor Workshop at 50 51, Laxmi Nagar Shopping Center on Hatwara Road. Pulse India is just a small operation. It’s a busy spot with all the cars coming and going from the workshop next door. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty and noisy, but we don't mind much. The shopping center has a lot of energy and different people coming through. We have a small storefront and a back area where we keep our supplies. It’s not a place with a big lobby or fancy lights. We just have what we need to get through the day's tasks. Most of our visitors are people who happen to be in the area or have heard about us from a friend. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working at the big main table. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for us. We’ve been here long enough that the other shop owners are like old friends. We share snacks and complain about the summer heat together. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re some huge corporation from the city. We’re just a part of Hatwara Road. If you need us, you can usually find one of us sitting by the door or working in the back. It's a simple life for us here.
