Probcrack Consultancy Llp is located over at Plot No. 39 in Vidyut Nagar. It’s a pretty quiet part of Jaipur compared to the main city center. We’ve set up shop here because it’s easy for us to get to and it feels more like a community than a cold business park. The office is basically just a few rooms with desks and chairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. Being in Rajasthan, the heat is always something we have to manage, but we make do. It’s a small team here, just a handful of us who know how each other takes their coffee. We don’t have any big slogans or fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, we just have calendars and a lot of sticky notes. People in Vidyut Nagar usually know where Plot 39 is, so it’s not too hard to find. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors recognize us now. Work stays busy enough to keep us on our toes, but we still find time to chat when things slow down in the afternoon. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. No one wears suits unless they absolutely have to for a meeting somewhere else. We just focus on what needs doing and try to stay out of the midday sun when possible. It works for us and we manage to get the work done without all the extra fuss.
