Our office is tucked away in one of the older buildings. You have to walk up some stairs that are a bit narrow, but once you are inside, it is a bit calmer. We started this place because we knew people needed help with their business questions and all the confusing rules that come with running a shop or a company. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. Mostly we just wear whatever is comfortable and sit at our computers. There are usually stacks of papers on every surface because that is just the nature of consulting work. Sometimes we lose a pen or two in the mess, but we always find what we need eventually. We get a mix of people coming in, some who are just starting out and others who have been in business for years. We don't try to sound smarter than anyone else. We just talk like regular people and explain things the way we would to a friend. It is a small team here, so if you call, you usually talk to the same person every time.
