Prahlad Narayan Contractor

I’m over at B-70 in Dev Nagar, which is right in the Sanganer area. If you’re looking for the office, it’s very close to the SBI bank. Most folks in the neighborhood use that as a reference point. I’ve been working as a contractor under the name Prahlad Narayan for a good while now. It’s a straightforward business. We take on building projects and repair work around town. It’s not about being the biggest contractor in the city. I just focus on the jobs we have in front of us. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and samples of materials lying around. That’s just the way it is when you’re actually working. I’ve got a small crew that has stayed with me for years. We aren't fancy people. We wear work boots and get our hands dirty. Sanganer is a busy place, and there’s always something being built or fixed. We like being part of that. Sometimes a project takes a bit longer because of the rain or waiting on supplies, but we always finish what we start. I don't go in for big marketing speeches or polished websites. If someone needs work done, they come by the office or give me a call. We talk about what they need, I give them a price, and we go from there. It’s an honest way to make a living and keep the local houses standing.
