Delta Smart Facilities is based over on Shivanand Marg. Our address is Plot No. A-88. Malviya Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and we’re right in the middle of it. We deal with facility management, which basically means we take care of buildings. It could be cleaning, maintenance, or just keeping things running. We started out with just a few people and it’s grown a bit since then. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we organize the schedules and talk to our crews. Shivanand Marg has a lot of foot traffic, so we see a lot of what goes on in the area. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the pipes leak or the lights go out, and that’s when people call us. We know most of the property owners around here by their first names. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been at A-88 for a while and don't plan on moving. It’s a good spot. Our team is a mix of different people who know how to fix things. We don't have a glossy brochure. We just have our tools and our reputation in Malviya Nagar. It's honest work and we're glad to be doing it here. The midday sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so we usually keep the blinds down. It keeps it a bit cooler while we sort out the afternoon shifts.
