Power Flex Cables

Power Flex Cables is located in the Riico Industrial Area in Kaladera. Our specific spot is E-44D. Being out in an industrial area like this in Jaipur means there is a lot of dust and a lot of trucks moving around. Rajasthan can get incredibly hot, so the warehouse can feel like an oven some days. We work with cables, so there are always spools and wires sitting around. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a quiet meeting. It’s loud and busy. We’ve been here in Jaipur for a while, and the industrial park has grown quite a bit since we started. Most of the morning is spent checking on shipments and making sure the machines are running right. It’s heavy work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We don't have any fancy air conditioning in the main work areas, just big fans that move the air around. The walls are mostly bare, maybe a calendar or two. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the shifts. It is a very practical environment. We don’t bother with corporate talk or polished presentations. We just make cables and try to get them out to where they need to be. The roads in Kaladera can be rough, but we are used to the bumps. It’s just a regular factory life for all of us here, and we don't mind it.
