Pitwasa Foundation

Pitwasa Foundation is based in the Vidhyadhar Nagar part of Jaipur, right in the middle of the Central Spine at Shree Nath Tower. If you have ever been to office F-4, that is where we spend our working days. It is a very hectic part of the city with a lot of cars honking and people rushing around from morning until night. We have been here for a good while now, just putting in the hours on whatever projects come our way. We do not have a slick marketing department or anyone to write fancy reports for us. It is just us doing the daily work. Some days we are stuck behind desks dealing with mountains of forms, and other days we are out on the street meeting people who need a bit of help. The tower can get quite noisy because there are so many other businesses nearby, but we have gotten used to the sound of the city. We are not a giant organization with millions of rupees in the bank. We just use what we have to help out where it is needed most in Rajasthan. Jaipur is a huge place and it is very easy for a person to feel small or forgotten. We try to make sure folks know they have a place to go when things get difficult. Our desks are usually a mess of files and half-empty tea cups. It is not always pretty, but that is how it goes when you are actually working.
