Perfect Genral Store

Perfect Genral Store is located on Vansthli Marg right across from Hotel Shalimar in the Sindhi Camp area of Jaipur. The 302006 area is always very busy because of the buses and the travelers coming through Sindhi Camp. Our shop sits right on the main road, so there is a lot of dust and noise from the traffic all day long. We open the doors early to catch the people heading to work. The name on the board says Perfect Genral Store, even though it is just a small place with a lot of stuff packed inside. We have things hanging from the ceiling and stacked up on the floor because space is a bit tight. Living and working in Jaipur means dealing with the heat, so we have a fan that runs all day long. Sometimes travelers from Hotel Shalimar pop in to get something they forgot to pack. We do not have a fancy setup, just some old glass jars and wooden counters. It is a bit messy sometimes when the new stock arrives and we have boxes sitting in the aisle. We just move them out of the way as we go. It is a busy life on Vansthli Marg, but we like being where all the action is. We handle everything ourselves from morning until we close up at night. It is just a normal shop in a busy part of town.
