We are located at 119 507 in the Thadi Market area, right on Dispensery Road in Mansarovar. Jaipur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so our office is usually a place to duck out of the sun for a bit while we talk about houses. We handle a lot of property stuff here, mostly helping people find a place to live or a bit of land to build on. It’s a lot of walking around and looking at different sites. We know this part of Mansarovar really well because we've been here so long. The market outside is always noisy with people buying their daily things. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a small office with some chairs and a lot of folders full of maps and deeds. Most of our work comes from people walking in or knowing someone we helped before. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the tea stall nearby talking to other folks in the trade. It’s a straightforward business. We show people what’s available and tell them the price. There’s no need to make it more complicated than that. Dealing with government offices and paperwork can be slow, but we are used to the pace by now. It’s a good way to stay connected to what’s happening in the neighborhood.
