Our place is over at G 1- 721 in the Riico Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means it’s not exactly a place for window shopping. It’s more about the work happening inside. Ocean Ceratech Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle all our ceramic stuff. The area is full of factories and warehouses, so it can get pretty loud with all the machinery going. We’ve been in this spot for a while, just focusing on our production and getting things out the door. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes with all the crates and materials stacked up. We don't have any fancy decorations in the office, just the basics like a desk and some old files. Most of our day is spent making sure the machines are running and the workers have what they need. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes things go wrong, like a power cut or a late delivery. But we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical environment. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a private limited company working out of a Riico plot, trying to keep things moving forward. It’s not always pretty, but the work gets done. That’s the reality of being in an industrial area like this one. We just show up and do the job every single day. We don't need much more than that to keep going.
